For us the relationship with our clients is one of the key foundations when it comes to building a quality home. An informed client is a happy client and given this we strive to keep our clients well informed from the design stage, through to the contracts and finally the construction process.
We have the capabilities to organise all your preliminary documents including plans, engineering etc that you will require in order to obtain a building permit. We even handle the building permit for you to ensure the permit is issued and swiftly as possible.
When it comes to the construction stage we have a dedicated team of tradesmen and suppliers that have worked with us for a number of years, some over 10 years. Our team know the high quality we expect and treat every house as if they were working on their very own home.
From the design process right through to us handing over the keys to your new home we will work with you through every step of the process to make sure you are well informed and enjoy the process of building your new home.
